Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reductions in numbers should be notified as soon as possible by phone or email. Any cancellations within 2 calendar days of the activity date will result in the group being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity or any drop out members.

In exceptional circumstances such as travel restrictions or disruption we will of course work with you to reschedule an activity.

In the event of Country Pursuits Isle of Man Limited having to cancel or change an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or safety issues, a free transfer to an alternative date will be offered.
